The Institute develops ethical, competent leaders that uplift the region and beyond through cascading programming for leaders at all levels, across all industries.

We work with industry experts to develop customized programs to reach all levels of leaders, from emerging leaders to senior executives. Customized programs allow leaders to increase their capacity for leadership and influence, explore their authentic leadership style, and navigate their roles and organizations with resilience and integrity.
Customized programs include a mix of project-based learning, results-focused coaching, immersive full-day programs, small group sessions, and hands-on practical experiences.
