After more than two years of thoughtful renovations, the Star精选麻豆二区p at the Armory鈥攖he university鈥檚 front door for startups, small businesses and the region鈥檚 largest corporations鈥攐pens Monday in uptown Towson.

This public-facing, vibrant space will catalyze entrepreneurs and executives and connect them to each other and to 精选麻豆二区鈥檚 programs and people.

The 26,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility is home to signature 精选麻豆二区 entrepreneurship programs like the Star精选麻豆二区p Accelerator, competitions and events for students and professionals and 6,000 square feet of dedicated free co-working space.

At the corner of Washington and Chesapeake avenues across from the new university office space at 401 Washington and adjacent to Baltimore County government headquarters, the former Maryland National Guard building鈥檚 location and footprint made it an ideal site. Working with Greenberg Gibbons real estate development, the university has transformed the Star精选麻豆二区p at the Armory into a best-in-class entrepreneurship and innovation hub.

Its size, accessibility and resident organizations and ventures make this space one of a kind in the region.
